The 11th edition of the Nigerian Entertainment Awards (NEA) comes off in September this year and as usual, some of our Ghanaian celebrities have been nominated in the prestigious award ceremony which will take place in New York.

Here are the categories where our Ghanaian celebrities have been nominated in

The Self proclaim African dancehall king Shatta Wale,The Leader of the Sakcess Sarkodie, Bisa Kdei and the President of BhimNation Stonebwoy were all nominated in the African Male Artist (Non Nigerian / Africa) category.

In the Africa Non Nigerian Disc Jockey category, Dj Mensah and DJ Vyrusky also got a nomination there.

Interestingly “Skin Tight” hit maker Mr Eazi i was also nominated in the Diaspora Artiste category and Most Promising Act category.

The NEAs is an annual award ceremony with primary objective of recognizing the contributions of Nigerian and African Entertainers.

The award ceremony, in its 11th year, is not only focused on recognizing Nigerian entertainers but also highlight Nigerians who continue to make an impact in our immediate communities in Nigeria or extended communities in the diaspora.
