A teenage prostitute aged 15, who aspires to become a Bank Manageress in future finds gain in this field of line as a way to sponsor her education.
The JHS leaver justified her action with her parents inability to meet her fees, she told Joy News.
"My mother is at home she is not working but my father travels to so many places and I haven't found him since... that is why I am working as a prostitute, she said."
According to her, she dropped out of school about a year and half ago and started working as a prostitute a month ago. She makes daily sales between Gh120 - Gh130 out of which she saves Gh50 daily from the income she makes per day to fund her education.
At the Kokomba slum near the Makola market where she lives, she dresses up every night and goes to work at a brothel and closes at dawn at times.
She, however, stated that she would quit the prostitution when she makes enough money to fund her secondary education.
