The Minister of Gender Children and Social Protection Nana Oye Lithur took to her Facebook wall to revealed that the Ministry has reported the founder and leader of the International Godsway Church Bishop Obinim to the Accra Regional DOVSU office for investigation into the the matter of the prophet beating pregnant member of his and her boyfriend.
According to the Minister investigations are still on going by the Tema Regional Police Division, hence the public will be notified about any further developments.
But according to Bishop Obinim in an interview with Tv3 news, he has not not been invited nor call upon by the police. He did not seen anything wrong with what he did because Jesus Christ Directed him to Flog them in front of the congregation.
Tv3 news also spoke with both the mother of the two victims and this what they have to say
"We are very happy that the Man of God Discipline our children, becuase they are going wayward"
For now lets wait patiently for what the Ministry of Gender and Social Protection and Police have for us.
