Most Ghanaian musicians used their signature in songs and these signatures have origination but mean something.
The Ghanaian actor-musician, producer and sound engineer Appiah Dankwah popularly known in showbiz as Appietus disclosed how he got his signature.
When I started music I wasn’t having any name to put in my song and luckily for me, Amazinba started calling me Appietus. Though I didn’t like the name at first but Sidney started using it in his songs and I finally agreed to be called Appietus. I didn’t know what it means but I like the way it’s pronounced, sound and everybody started calling me Appietus.
Appietus is among the finest sound engineers in ghana and has produced a large number of hit songs
